Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and nudtar ("nudtar," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at nudtar.net and all associated subdomains, mobile web interfaces, and platform versions.

By registering an account with nudtar, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with nudtar's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the nudtar platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the nudtar platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and enforced strictly by nudtar. Registration by any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The nudtar platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using nudtar is lawful under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. nudtar reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a nudtar account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid email address that you own and control
• Valid Philippine mobile number
• Residential address within the Philippines

You agree to promptly update your registration information if any details change. nudtar reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nudtar is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals and account functionality.

Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active nudtar account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. nudtar employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts.

If nudtar identifies that a player holds more than one account, nudtar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice and to void any pending bets, bonuses, or withdrawal requests associated with those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nudtar account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. nudtar will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

You agree to notify nudtar immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. nudtar will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. nudtar may apply an inactivity maintenance fee of up to ₱100 per month against the balance of inactive accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nudtar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. nudtar reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the nudtar cashier and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your nudtar wallet in real time for GCash and Maya; bank transfer timelines depend on your banking institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified nudtar account. nudtar will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 2.4.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Typically 5–15 minutes from approval
• BPI / BDO / UnionBank: 1–3 banking days
• USDT TRC20: Within 1 hour subject to blockchain confirmation
• Coins.ph: Typically within 30 minutes

nudtar reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified via their registered email address if additional verification is required.

4.4 Currency

The functional currency of nudtar accounts is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. nudtar is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

nudtar may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds credited to your nudtar account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. nudtar reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus terms, violated this Agreement, or are identified as bonus-abusers may be excluded from promotional offers without notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus credits and associated free spin winnings expire seven (7) days from the date of issuance unless a different expiry period is specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the nudtar platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the gameplay mechanics of that specific game.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All nudtar casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by accredited independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round, nudtar's system logs shall serve as the authoritative record of the game state. nudtar reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is materially affected by a technical malfunction. Players will be refunded the stake for any voided round. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds on nudtar are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. nudtar reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets placed on suspended markets, and to settle bets in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing sporting body. In the case of PBA games, the PBA's official scorer and league records shall be the authoritative source of results.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nudtar platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating or operating more than one nudtar account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in multiplayer games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain and failing to report them to nudtar
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using nudtar for money laundering
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any nudtar software or content
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Conducting any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the nudtar platform
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions

Responsible Gaming

nudtar is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become harmful for some individuals. nudtar provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss limits: Restrict maximum losses over a defined period
• Session time limits: Automatically log out after a specified duration of play
• Reality checks: In-session notifications displaying elapsed play time
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your nudtar account

By using the nudtar platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nudtar will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required for the operation of the platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), as required by law, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nudtar platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the exclusive property of nudtar or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nudtar platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any nudtar content without our express prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nudtar's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your nudtar account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nudtar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the nudtar platform.

nudtar does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations as to the suitability of the platform for your particular purpose.

Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by nudtar

nudtar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, provision of false registration information, engagement in prohibited activities, failure to complete KYC verification, or if nudtar is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for breach, nudtar may forfeit any bonus balances, void pending bets, and withhold withdrawals pending a compliance investigation. Real money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your nudtar account at any time by contacting our support team via in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

Amendments to These Terms

nudtar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nudtar will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the nudtar platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.2.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and nudtar arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact nudtar's support team as a first step.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, players who are residents of the Philippines may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaints and dispute resolution process. nudtar is committed to cooperating fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
